INTEGRABLE |

Designed with a modular expandable structure, the RP45 may be installed in an infinite series of configurations; incoming products can be palletized onto multiple pallets or several products can be palletized onto a single “picking” pallet.
Integration with our automatically-guided “ACTIVE LGV” shuttle system allows these robots to be installed in series with completely automatic management of empty pallet loading and full pallet unloading. |

SAFETY DEVICES |

| Depending on its configuration, robot safety is guaranteed by guards or, in the case of integration with the “ACTIVE LGV” shuttles, laser barriers that permit the transit of entering and exiting shuttles but prevent accidental operator access. |

CONTROL DEVICES |
|
Robot operation is ensured by an electronic axis control system.
The advantage of using this controller is that the customer can take advantage of familiarity with one standard, by now defined in Europe, with the guarantee of quality, continuity, and highly effective technical assistance. |
