Scara geometry robots are able to pick up from multiple rollers and deposit on multiple pallets at the same time, while maintaining reduced clearance and excellent performance.
Specifications

    The CodeSys axis controller complies with standard IEC 61131-3, which standardizes PLC, SoftPLC and CNC programming systems by the main manufacturers in the world (Siemens, AllenBradley, etc.).

The high load capacity of this robot means it is possible to palletize multiple packages at the same time thus maximizing system productivity.
The robot controller is connected to the outside world by multiple interfaces.
For example, the robot can be inserted on the factory LAN (Ethernet) for dialogue with ERP systems and/or to remote control production stops or progress.
Appliance maintenance is reduced and simplified by the LCD panel that displays any work required during the entire life of the system. Each time maintenance is needed, the operator is guided through all the recommended check ups and/or procedures required to always achieve the best performance.
High performance brushless motors are assembled on the robots to reduce consumption (thanks to an active circuit that recovers any current generated during braking) and to increase dynamic performance.
Applications
Infeed and pick-up systems are specially designed to ease format changeovers and provide maximum flexibility during future expansions.
The infeeds are synchronized with the packaging machine upstream of the robot to optimize the product flow.
options
The LCD control panel can be equipped with various cable lengths for greater installation flexibility. Pallet labelling system and/or communication system with the centralized factory traceability database to integrate the robot with the factory quality management system.
Visual control camera to check the conformity of products entering the palletization zone.
AUTOMATIC PALLETIZING

The robot features a series of pre-installed palletizing programs which can be used to make slight variations to some parameters (such as the number of layers, offset between packages, interlayer cardboard, etc.) thanks to the practical standard hand-held interface.
A software package called AUTOPAL has been designed for applications requiring greater flexibility and customer autonomy. AUTOPAL allows the operator to automatically create, archive and modify palletizing programs.
