ACTIVE is a new end-of-line concept that integrates palletizing, handling pallet automation with warehouse management. The AGV reduces the number of pallet conveyors and improves integration and flexibility in multiple production lines.
ACTIVE can be used to trace records regarding product ID, formats, production machines, production dates and times (including the product loading and unloading stages).
The entire system is continuously displayed and it is possible to zoom in on vehicles and check machine status in real-time.

Integration
Automatic ACTIVE vehicle based systems are an excellent interface for automating production and distribution departments in extraordinary ways. It is possible to integrate AGVs with the factory ERP and/or production machine management software.
Control devices
AGV control devices are designed to be reliable, easy-to-program and integrate.
Various navigation technologies can be used: induction, laser or gyro/magnet-spot. ACTIVE LGV components are 100% commercial; no copyrighted technology has been used.
Safety devices
All four sides of the AGV are equipped with obstacle sensors, which instantaneously interrupt operation to safeguard any staff working within the workspace of the vehicle. The vehicle is also equipped with emergency stop buttons, lights and sirens that signal its movements. The AGV does not require flooring alterations: the floor remains completely accessible to people and vehicles.

Stationary control system
The AGV can function autonomously because the work paths are programmed and stored on the vehicle control board.
Systems using several vehicles need a supervision system for managing traffic, crossings and right of way. The stationary control system allows for completely automatic operator-free management, it stores every order carried out by the vehicles and every triggered alarm, thus greatly enhancing the overall system.
Thanks to this software, it is possible to modify and create vehicle paths in real time. Paths are updated in an automatic and transparent manner.
